Terms of Service

I never mean my Terms of Service don't come across as rude. It's really not my intention. I’ve just had a few experiences in the past, and I want to make sure we’re both on the same page before moving forward. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to send me a note on FA or message me on Discord anytime!

Communication ToS:

- Just a quick request when submitting notes on FA. It would be really helpful if you could limit them to one per revision cycle. This helps keep my inbox organized and prevents any confusion. I totally understand if you remember something after sending your note or need to add a quick comment, but I've had a few instances in the past where multiple short notes were sent, and it made things a bit tricky to track. Thanks so much for your understanding!- I'm aware that on FA, you can check if I've read your notes. If I haven't responded, please don't worry. I may have read it on my phone and am waiting to access my computer to reply.*I do not have Telegram, Whatsapp, or any other programs.

Commission ToS:

- Please only request commission types that I offer. If you're unsure, don't hesitate to ask- Please avoid requesting background types I don't offer. Thigh-Up Poster commissions are the most detailed backgrounds I typically do. Click Here for Examples.
Backgrounds are normally reserved for YCH auctions.
- I incorporate color themes into my artwork, which means I adjust the tones of the image to fit the scene, such as using warm or cool hues. If you're not comfortable with this style, I completely understand, but I might not be the right fit for you to commission. Just to clarify, the only exception to this is for reference sheets. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, and thank you for understanding!- If commissioners want to modify the piece of art they got they need to ask first. Not doing so will get the commissioner blacklisted.- I will not accept extremely specific commissions. An example would be a request being thee paragraphs long, telling me the exact details of what each finger on both hands are doing.- If you're looking for extremely precise adjustments or want me to change my style to fit your preferences, I might not be the best fit for your commission. You’re hiring me for my style and creativity, not to recreate your vision exactly. Of course, your input is always welcome, but there’s a balance—sometimes a little artistic freedom can make a big difference. Thanks for understanding!- Please keep in mind that I will not make major changes to your character. Your reference sheet/images are what I will go off of. I've had people try to get a free re-design off of me in the past.- If the commissioners initial description isn’t clear, major changes may not be accepted without an additional fee. Thank you for understanding!- Please avoid changing approved revisions. If this happens, there may be an extra charge or I may need to decline further changes.- Anything over three revisions will be extra.- You're more then welcome to post your finished commission as soon as I give it to you. I can take awhile to post them myself.I- f you are under 18 I will not do NSFW for you.- Do not ask me to do NSFW with characters under 18. This is a huge no for me.

Commission Process:

1. I’ll start by receiving the description of what you’d like for your commission.2. I’ll then send you a PayPal invoice with the confirmed price.3. Within a few days (or the time frame I give you), I’ll send over a rough sketch of the pose.4. You’ll have the chance to approve the pose and setting, with up to three edits included (additional changes may incur an extra cost).5. After the sketch is approved, I’ll ink and add flat colors, then send it back for your color approval or any corrections (one edit included).6. Once the color sketch is approved, I’ll complete the commission, meaning no further back-and-forth after this stage.7. Finally, I’ll send you the finished artwork!*Feel free to reach out with any questions along the way!----Time Frame To Complete Commissions:Typically, it takes me 1-4 weeks to complete a commission, though my schedule can sometimes get unexpectedly busy. In rare cases, it may take up to a month and a half to finish. For NSFW commissions, please allow an extra week for completion. If you’re ever curious about the progress of your commission, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to update you!-----Finished Image Size and Resolution:Most of my finished images are around 5k pixels with a 300 DPI resolution. I’ll also send you a smaller 'web' version (about 1200 pixels, 72 DPI) with my watermark for sharing online.Feel free to post your finished commission on your own page as soon as you receive it! I just ask that you kindly link back to one of my pages, such as FurAffinity, Bluesky, or Twitter.

I Will Not Draw

- I focus on sem-realistic styalized anatomy and can’t accept commissions with extreme body types or exaggerated features, including in NSFW work. Think 70’s Arnold Schwarzenegger as my limit.- Genitals should be semi-realistic in size. I’m no longer taking commissions for exaggerated sizes like massive bulges or oversized features. Please look here for the biggest that I will draw. (NSFW)- No excessively complicated genitalia. Example "My characters donger has 4 tentacles that shoot out of it when excited!" However, please feel to note/email me if you are unsure.- Large size differences in characters. Example: Character A is 7 feet tall, and character B is 25 feet tall.- Babies/Kids -- Chibis I will do if you want something cute, though!Complicated armor or weapons and I will not be drawing guns anymore.

Design Guide and ToS

Things to have for Character Design in your first note:- Color hex's for character's eyes, - body, nails, ect. Basically anything you think prominent and you want a color for give me hexes. http://www.color-hex.com/ If your coloration is based off of an animal, that works as well.- Pictures describing what you want said character to have traits of. Example: "I'd like my characters wings to be similar to <insert link here's wings>". This includes the NSFW bits too if you are getting that.- Clothing reference and hex colors for clothingAnything else you can think of adding.---There will naturally be some back-and-forth with designs, but please keep adjustments within reason. I’ve listed some general do’s and don’ts below to help guide things. I’m not a mind reader, so being as clear as possible will help ensure we’re on the same page and make the process smoother and more enjoyable for both of us!- Please try to be somewhat sure of what you’d like when giving feedback. Phrases like “I’m not sure. I guess we will see” can make the process a bit tricky. I really appreciate clear direction, and references help a lot!- Please be at least semi-sure of what you'd like.- Please do not say “do what you think looks best” and then requesting a complete overhaul after I have done so.- You’ll receive two revision passes during the sketch phase and one during the color phase, which is included in the extra $20. After that, any additional revisions will be $10-$20, depending on their complexity. Simple changes like eye color or fingernail color can be made with no extra charge.- Once the sketch is finalized, I’ll move forward with inking and coloring. If you'd like any changes to the line art or colors after that, there will be a fee of $10-$20, depending on the complexity of the edits.

Adopt ToS

- You may change them around to your liking, unless stated otherwise. Most of my adopts you are more than welcome too!- You may NOT make a species out of any adopt I make- The artwork I create for an adopt is for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or sold for commercial purposes. However, if you'd like to use the character in a game, book, or other projects and commission additional art of them, that's totally fine as long as credit is given to me as the original creator.- If you decide to resell any adopts you’ve purchased from me, please sell them for no more than the price you bought them for, unless you’ve commissioned additional art for the character. If the price is raised without extra art, I’ll blacklist you.

World Lore

before the mountains rose, before the seas found their shores, and before the first living soul drew breath. It was unlike anything that has existed since. It possessed the powerful body and tail of a dragon, but where scales should have ended, magnificent golden feathers began. Great wings stretched across the heavens, large enough to cast shadows over entire valleys, and every beat of those wings stirred the winds that carried rain across the world. Its horns gleamed like polished amber, and its voice was said to sound like distant thunder wrapped in birdsong.Wherever the God flew, life followed. Forests took root beneath its passing, rivers found their courses, flowers bloomed in barren lands, and creatures great and small awoke to inhabit the world. It watched over every mountain, every ocean, every desert, and every sky alone. But as life spread across the world, it became clear that even a divine being had its limits. The lands grew too vast. The skies too endless. There was always another forest to nurture, another storm to guide, another valley to protect. No matter how tirelessly it worked, the world had become too large for one guardian.Rather than allow any part of creation to be neglected, the Golden Twin made the greatest sacrifice imaginable. It divided itself into two equal halves.Neither was greater than the other. Each carried half of the same divine spirit, and though separated in form, they remained forever connected in purpose. One became the Guardian of the Earth, whose heart beat with forests, rivers, mountains, and all life rooted upon the land. The other became the Guardian of the Sky, whose wings guided the winds, clouds, stars, and every creature that soared through the heavens. As the two guardians took flight in opposite directions, strands of their golden essence fell upon the world.Where the Guardian of the Earth walked, that divine essence mingled with stone, soil, and growing forests. From it came the Behemoths. Towering dragonoid people blessed with immense strength, powerful bodies, beautiful coats of fur, and an instinctive connection to the natural world. They became caretakers of the land, protecting forests, tending sacred groves, preserving rivers, and ensuring that nature remained in balance. To this day, many Behemoths believe every tree planted, every injured animal healed, and every cup of tea shared in peace honors the Guardian that gave them life.Where the Guardian of the Sky soared, its feathers scattered across the winds like rays of sunlight. From those feathers arose the Rhazu, graceful birdfolk whose forms reflected the celestial side of their creator. Their bodies are covered in soft feathers, with either broad wings in place of arms or alongside them depending on the lineage, sharp talons, and the keen eyes of birds of prey. Though unmistakably humanoid, every Rhazu bears the elegance and freedom of the skies in both appearance and spirit. The Rhazu became the keepers of the heavens. They are said to understand the language of the wind, navigate by the stars without fail, and read the changing skies as easily as others read a map. They guide migrating creatures, watch over mountain peaks, carry messages across vast distances, and keep ancient sky shrines that few who cannot fly have ever seen. Where Behemoths nurture the forests below, the Rhazu watch over the endless expanse above, ensuring that storms remain balanced and the skies continue their eternal cycle.Though their duties are different, the two peoples have always regarded one another as siblings rather than strangers. The Behemoths often say the Rhazu see what lies beyond the horizon, while the Rhazu remind them that every flight must eventually return to the earth. Festivals celebrating the Golden Twin often include both peoples, symbolizing the harmony between land and sky. Many tribes believe that as long as the Behemoths continue to care for the earth and the Rhazu continue to watch over the heavens, the spirit of the Golden Twin remains whole. Should either abandon their calling, the balance of the world would begin to unravel.Whether the tale is literal history or simply the oldest story ever told is impossible to know. Scholars argue over its meaning, priests teach it as sacred truth, and the elders of both peoples simply smile and say:"The earth cannot live without the sky, and the sky has nowhere to rest without the earth. We were never meant to stand alone."

Behemoth (Behefloof)

Behemoths are a race of massive dragonoid people known just as much for their gentle nature as their incredible size. At first glance, they're intimidating, towering figures covered in a mix of beautiful fur, sturdy scales, sweeping horns, and thick tails. But appearances are deceiving. Most Behemoths are calm, patient, and would rather settle disagreements with conversation over violence. They have a deep respect for nature and see themselves as caretakers rather than conquerors. Forests, mountains, deserts, tundras, and great plains are all considered sacred in their own way, and most Behemoths choose to live alongside the land instead of reshaping it. Cities aren't really their style. They find them loud, cramped, and disconnected from the natural world. Even so, some Behemoths happily make homes in cities, often becoming herbalists, healers, merchants, blacksmiths, or tea brewers. One of the most fascinating things about Behemoths is how they adapt to the environment they call home. Over generations, their appearance changes to better suit the climate.Desert Behemoths have much shorter fur and thicker plated scales that help protect them from the harsh sun and blowing sand.Tundra Behemoths are almost the opposite. They're covered in incredibly thick, soft fur that keeps them warm through freezing winters. common among northern tribes. Those living in forests, mountains, swamps, or grasslands all develop their own mix of fur, scales, and coloration that helps them thrive where they live.Their societies are organized into tribes, though those tribes can be very different from one another. Some are nomadic, following animal migrations, seasonal harvests, or ancient pilgrimage routes. Others have lived in the same valleys, mountains, or forests for centuries and have no reason to leave. Most tribes welcome respectful travelers with open arms. A few, however, prefer complete isolation. These secluded tribes rarely interact with outsiders and fiercely protect their homes, not out of hostility, but because they believe some places and traditions are meant to remain untouched. One thing nearly every tribe has in common is their love of tea.To outsiders, it might seem strange that such enormous dragonfolk are famous for something so peaceful, but Behemoths treat tea as both an art and tradition. Every tribe has its own recipes passed down through generations. Some teas are simply brewed because they taste wonderful, while others are crafted for medicinal or magical purposes. There are blends that ease pain, improve focus, calm emotions, restore energy, or aid in spiritual rituals. If you bring a Behemoth tribe something they truly value; a rare herb, an interesting story, an unusual trinket, seeds from distant lands, or a well-made craft, they'll often repay your generosity with one of their treasured tea blends. To them, trade is about mutual respect, not profit.
----
Physically, Behemoths are among the tallest peoples in the world.
Males average around 9 feet (2.7 m) tall. They're shorter than the females but incredibly broad and muscular, with dense builds that make them seem even larger than they are.Females average around 11 feet (3.3 m) tall and possess the same impressive strength, simply carried on taller frames.Despite the difference in size, Behemoth culture doesn't place one gender above the other. Men and women are considered equals in every aspect of life. Both serve as hunters, shamans, warriors, leaders, artisans, and brewers. A person's wisdom, skill, and character matter far more than whether they're male or female. To most people, Behemoths are remembered for three things: their immense size, their beautiful coats of fur, and the warm cup of tea they'll gladly share with anyone who approaches them with kindness and respect.

Rhazu

The Rhazu are a proud race of birdfolk said to have descended from the sky half of the Golden Twin. While the Behemoths inherited the strength and connection to the earth, the Rhazu inherited the freedom, wisdom, and endless curiosity of the skies.Unlike the Behemoths, whose bodies change depending on the environments they live in, the Rhazu remain physically consistent no matter where they settle. Whether they live among snowy peaks, warm islands, or magical floating cities, their appearance remains tied to their ancient celestial origins.Rhazu are tall, elegant beings with feathered bodies. Their feathers can come in a wide variety of colors, from bright golds and whites to deep blues, blacks, reds, and natural browns. Many Rhazu have patterns across their feathers that resemble the markings of birds of prey, exotic birds, or even constellations in the night sky.The most noticeable feature of a Rhazu is their two large pinions that extend from their backs and are fully grown when they mature around the age of twenty. Their wings are considered a deeply personal part of who they are, and many Rhazu decorate their feathers with beads, charms, or small pieces of crafted jewelry that represent important moments in their lives. On average, Rhazu are slightly shorter than Behemoths but still impressive in height.Males average around 9 feet (2.7 m) tall.Females average around 7 feet (2.1 m) tall. While males tend to be taller and often have larger physical builds, Rhazu society places a special importance on females due to their connection to spiritual traditions. Female Rhazu are the only ones who can become shamans, a role that holds great respect among their people. Because of this, females are often viewed as the keepers of ancient knowledge, spiritual guides, and bridges between the Rhazu and the forces that shape the world. This does not mean males are considered lesser. Male Rhazu commonly become explorers, warriors, scholars, builders, merchants, and sky navigators. Strength, intelligence, and skill are valued by all Rhazu, but the possibility of becoming a shaman gives females a unique place within their culture. The Rhazu are most famous for their sky cities.Unlike many ground-dwelling peoples, the Rhazu build their homes high above the world, creating magnificent cities that float among the clouds or sit atop enormous mountain peaks. These cities are not simple settlements but massive magical wonders filled with enchanted architecture, glowing crystals, ancient libraries, and bridges that stretch between floating islands. The magical nature of the world allows these cities to exist through powerful spells, ancient technology, or mysterious forces tied to the skies themselves. Some cities are held aloft by giant magical stones, others drift on endless winds, and some are built around enormous floating structures that have existed for thousands of years.Life in a Rhazu city is very different from life on the ground. They use their ability to fly as naturally as others use roads. Marketplaces may exist on multiple levels, with merchants arriving from every direction through the open skies. Messengers can cross entire regions in a day, and many buildings are designed with open balconies, landing platforms, and towers meant specifically for flight. The Rhazu believe the sky is not an empty space above the world. They see it as a living part of nature that must be respected. They study storms, winds, stars, and celestial events, believing that the heavens hold memories of the world’s past and clues about its future.Their shamans are especially important in this belief. Female Rhazu shamans are trained to communicate with spirits, interpret signs from the skies, and preserve the oldest teachings of the Golden Twin. They often serve as healers, advisors, and spiritual leaders within their communities. While the Behemoths protect the lands below, the Rhazu protect the skies above. The Behemoths plant forests, tend rivers, and care for the creatures of the earth. The Rhazu guide winds, watch the heavens, and protect the balance of the skies.Together, they represent the two halves of the Golden Twin, forever connected despite walking different paths. The Behemoths remind the Rhazu that even the greatest heights need a foundation, while the Rhazu remind the Behemoths that there is always more world beyond the horizon.

Bird Beast (Alori) and The Veiled (Hydravaan)
- Open Species

Alori

The Alori are a species of birdlike beastfolk that are often considered distant cousins to the Rhazu, though the two peoples have very different histories and cultures. While the Rhazu were born from the skies and carry the legacy of the Golden Twin's celestial side, the Alori are creatures of the wild world, shaped by adaptation, survival, and the many environments they call home.Alori are humanoid bird creatures that share appearances with any natural bird. They possess feathered bodies, varied beaks, clawed hands and feet, and powerful legs built for running, jumping, and climbing. Unlike the Rhazu, Alori do not have large wings capable of true flight. Instead, many have smaller feathered arms, decorative plumage, or vestigial wings that aid with balance and display. One of their most unique features is their long feathered dinosaur-like tails. These tails are powerful and expressive, helping them maintain balance while moving quickly through forests, cliffs, and rough terrain.Alori are not one unified civilization. They exist in small pockets across the world, often separated by vast distances. Because of this, no two Alori communities are exactly alike. One tribe may live deep within tropical forests, another among desert canyons, and another along isolated mountain ranges.Alori are known for being curious, energetic, and highly social. They are natural explorers who enjoy collecting stories, objects, and knowledge from other cultures. Many Alori settlements are built around exploration, hunting, crafting, and preserving oral histories.Unlike the Rhazu, who look toward the skies, Alori are much more connected to the world around them. They know the hidden paths of forests, the movements of animals, and the secrets of forgotten places. Many believe they serve as the world's wanderers, discovering things that larger civilizations overlook.Their small populations and isolated homes mean they are rarely seen outside their territories. However, some Alori become explorers, traders, guides, or adventurers, bringing knowledge from distant lands back to their people. However, there are some that decided to live with the humans and elves of their world. Due to their lack of wings like the Rhazu, or bulky bodies like the Behemoth they fit right in.Many cultures find Alori fascinating because they represent a different kind of connection to nature. The Behemoths protect the land, the Rhazu protect the skies, and the Alori live within the wild places between them.

Alori

The Hydravaan, often called The Veiled, are an ancient race of humanoid water dragons who dwell along the oceans of the world. Unlike the Behemoths, Rhazu, and Alori, the Hydravaan are deeply tied to the mysteries of the sea and the hidden places beneath the waves.Hydravaan have elegant draconic forms with smooth scales, powerful tails, and aquatic features that allow them to thrive both on land and underwater. Their bodies are built for swimming, with strong limbs, webbed claws, and natural adaptations that allow them to move gracefully through the ocean depths.Their most defining feature is their veil.Beginning at the base of their head and flowing down around their shoulders past their tail, Hydravaan possess a beautiful fin-like veil made of thin, delicate membranes. These veils shimmer like flowing water and can come in countless colors, including blues, greens, silvers, purples, and pearl-like whites. To outsiders, they may look like decorative clothing, but the veil is actually a natural part of their body.A Hydravaan's veil serves many purposes. It helps them move through water, sense currents, communicate emotions, and display their health and status. Many Hydravaan decorate their veils with jewelry, shells, magical markings, and precious stones, treating them as one of the most important parts of their identity. The Hydravaan live near the oceans of the world, building settlements along coastlines.Their cities are often considered some of the most beautiful in the world. Made from coral, ancient stone, enchanted shells, and magical materials, Hydravaan settlements glow with soft oceanic light and move with the rhythm of the tides.Hydravaan culture values patience, wisdom, and memory. They believe the ocean remembers everything, from ancient storms to lost civilizations beneath the waves. Their elders often serve as historians, keepers of knowledge, and guardians of secrets that have existed longer than many surface kingdoms. Many Hydravaan are skilled in water magic, healing, navigation, and crafting. Their connection to the ocean makes them excellent sailors and explorers, and their knowledge of underwater routes makes them valuable allies to coastal civilizations.Despite their mysterious reputation, the Hydravaan are not a distant or unfriendly people. They simply move at a different pace than those who live on land. Where others see an empty ocean, they see a living world full of history and wonder.
